Hey guys! I’m back with another glorious blog while stuck in quarantine! Today’s blog is going to be another it’s but this time it’s all about what’s in my office and a little description of why it’s in my office, what I use it for and/or where it came from! So here we go! (All products will be linked at the bottom of this blog)
1. My computer! Obviously, this is first on my list because it’s probably the item I use the most in my office! It’s a 2017 21.5” iMac and I love it!! It’s so much nicer to edit photos or my websites on than a laptop!
2. My camera collection! All of these cameras I have collected from great grandparents or they are older cameras I don’t use all the time, so I figured what better way to show them off then the place I do 70% of my photography work!
3. Clothing rack! This is where I keep my clothes that I wear the most in whatever season it is and right now I have my spring clothes on it. There are also 2 racks at the bottom and the one rack I have two bins that right now I have bathing suits in one and then shorts in the other. On the bottom rack is where I keep my most worn shoes. I got the clothing rack and hangers on it from Amazon!
4. Rollaway cart! In this cart I keep my makeup and hair accessories! I got this cart from Home Goods a few months back, so I’ll try and find the exact one but it not I’ll link one like it below.
5. Record Player! I got this record player for Christmas from my parents along with the stand it sits on and that my records sit below on it so I’m not exactly sure where the stand came from since I was gifted it a few years ago but I will try and link it or something similar.
6. Decor! The decor in my office is all over the place! On one wall I have some old records pinned on it and my white board calendar that has nothing on it because quarantine. Another wall I have a movie poster that I actually made up in my Photoshop class my senior year of college, based off of the TV show Scream Queens. I also have a few watercolor paintings I painted and framed and then some of my favorite pictures from a few years ago. On the other wall is my mirror with lights I added that I bought off of amazon and above that is my Disney ears and pins! The last wall I have a poster of the New York skyline because I love New York! I got that at a thrift store when I was in Texas so I might not be able to link that. I also have my favorite hat that I got at target, a moon mirror from 5 below, a woven hamsa hand I got from TJ Maxx and then a “Do Good” neon sign I also got from Target a while back.
7. Storage for photography items! I got this stand and cubes from 5 below, I’m pretty sure it’s supposed to be a shoe rack, but it works perfectly as a storage rack for my photography items!
8. Echo Dot! I absolutely love this little thing! I always love to listen to music at any time especially while I’m working in my office. Also, I love that I don’t have to stop what I’m doing to change the song, I can just say “Hey Alexa!” and then tell her next song or change it to a different playlist.
Okay I think that about covers it! I love my little office space. I keep adding things to it to make it my own and I have also reorganized my space quite a few times during quarantine, so it has changed a lot over the last few months and I still have more ideas! What else am I supposed to do in quarantine?!
